Role Overview:

Join the core finance team and play a key part in the firm's growth. This multifaceted position involves portfolio accounting, fund administration, valuations, and reconciliation. You'll review monthly management accounts, quarterly financial statements, and investor reporting, while also developing key management information reports and managing liquidity across multiple funds.

Responsibilities:

This position provides a dynamic and engaging work environment. You will be involved a variety of task:

• Portfolio accounting, administration, valuations, and reconciliation
• Reviewing monthly management accounts and quarterly financial statements
• Handling investor reporting, including capital calls and distributions
• Developing and producing monthly and consolidated KPI packs
• Managing liquidity across multiple funds
• Collaborating on ad-hoc projects with senior finance leaders
• Liaising with external fund administrators, auditors, and corporate banks
• Assisting with company secretarial tasks and board meetings
• Driving key projects, including system integrations and control improvements

What we are looking for:

• ACCA qualified or part qualified ( at least 9 exams sat)
• 5 -8 years’ experience in Luxembourg private equity fund accounting with most recent being in PE house, or fund administrator.
• Familiarity with LuxCo Fund GP/LP structures, LuxGaap and IFRS standards.
• Strong analytical and technical skills in Private equity fund accounting
