Who are we looking for?

As a Senior QA Engineer in Software Testing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will lead the development and execution of testing strategies, mentor junior QA team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Technical Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in the software industry with a focus on testing web, mobile, and desktop applications
• Solid knowledge of Quality Assurance techniques and methodologies with a strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Ability to implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure robust testing coverage
• Skilled in test design, test execution, and test data preparation
• Experience in both manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and security of applications
• Proficient in identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and collaborating with development teams for resolution
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure thorough test coverage
• Experience working in Agile teams and participating in PBI discussions with multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in conducting regression testing to ensure software stability
• Up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in software testing
• Focused on optimizing and improving testing processes to ensure high software quality
• Capable of mentoring and guiding junior QA engineers

Required Skillset:

• Test design techniques
• Various types of testing (functional, regression, performance, etc.)
• Familiarity with testing tools (manual and automation)
• Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA
• Exposure to DICOM standard
• Web and mobile testing
• Device testing
• Windows platform testing
