Required Skills

Strong background in Integrated Eligibility systems, with a preference for experience on the client's system.

Exposure to modules such as Worker Portal, along with a solid understanding of driver frameworks, session management, and API integration, will be a significant advantage.

This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex testing strategies and systems to support our business needs

Responsibilities

Test Planning and Strategy:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality test plans and strategies for software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Utilize ODM (Operational Decision Manager) to implement business rules and decision management test solutions.
• Work on Integrated Eligibility systems, focusing on enhancing and maintaining existing testing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
  
  

Test Execution

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in collaboration with the development team.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation by developing and executing automated test scripts.
  
  

Cloud And Database Testing

• Utilize AWS cloud services to deploy, manage, and scale test environments.
• Work with Oracle databases to design, develop, and optimize database test solutions.
  
  

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior testers.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process.
  
  

Documentation And Reporting

• Facilitate the creation of test scenarios from user stories and prepare test scripts/data and expected results.
• Plan testing cycles and schedules and establish testing tools for the project and access for testing team members.
• Manage defect resolution and testing status reporting.
