As our QA Functional Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in testing and validating our e-commerce platform and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and UX teams to ensure that every feature functions as intended — from login to checkout and everything in between.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and execute test plans based on business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct end-to-end functional testing on web and mobile platforms
• Perform exploratory and regression testing to catch bugs before they hit production
• Track and report bugs using tools like Jira/TestRail
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence
• Drive improvements in test coverage and QA processes

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in functional and manual testing (preferably in e-commerce)
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, TestRail, SQL, and bug-tracking systems
• Understanding of web tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and version control systems like Git
• Strong knowledge of SDLC & testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, V-Model)
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and clear communication skills
