Role Overview:

As a Functional Test Business Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of testing services across various programs and projects. Your expertise in test management and banking applications will ensure the successful execution of testing activities. You will collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to drive testing transformation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of testing services by bank-appointed vendors.
• Collaborate with test service providers and bank stakeholders to plan testing deliveries.
• Communicate changes in scope to test service providers and adjust plans accordingly.
• Act as the first point of escalation for issues raised by bank stakeholders.
• Quantify, manage, track, and report test statuses, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Participate in forums to drive testing transformation and innovation.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Vendor Test Managers/Test Leads.

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years in test management activities, with 8-10 years in banking (cards and mainframe).
• Proficiency in VSM, VSA, VSV, and cardlink/mainframe applications.
• Strong ability to oversee and manage day-to-day test services.
• Excellent communication skills for scope management and issue resolution.
• Ability to track and report test-related statuses, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with vendors and stakeholders.
