Job Overview:
- The SAP Service Management role is a critical position within our organization that is responsible for managing and optimizing our SAP software and systems.
- The individual in this role will be expected to oversee all aspects of our SAP services, including planning, implementation, and maintenance.
- They will work closely with various departments to ensure that our SAP systems are meeting business needs and improving operational efficiency.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and support SAP Service Management module including service orders, contracts, notifications, and warranties.
- Collaborate with other team members to integrate SAP Service Management with other SAP modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Service Management.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Service Management.
Required Skills:
- Educational Background: Any Graduate
- Proficiency in SAP Service Management module including service orders, contracts, notifications, and warranties.
- Strong understanding of integration points between SAP Service Management and other SAP modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or SAP certifications are preferred.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of SAP CRM Service Management.
• Experience with SAP Fiori Apps related to Service Management.
• Understanding of SAP HANA database.
• Familiarity with ABAP programming.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Service Management.
• Understanding of SAP Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with SAP Business Workflow.
• Experience with SAP NetWeaver.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Objects.
