Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to join our Islamabad office. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 F&O modules, ensuring alignment with LEOS’s global business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional implementation and ongoing optimization of D365 F&O modules.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed documentation and work with technical teams for delivery.
• Oversee module configurations, testing, and training for end users.
• Support global teams across finance, procurement, HR, and operations with system enhancements.
• Maintain system integrity through ongoing support and best practice enforcement.
• Provide hands-on support for UAT, go-live activities, and user adoption across departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in D365 F&O implementations.
• Expertise in key modules: General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement, HR, and Projects.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and system integration.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O are preferred.
