You will work independently to deliver high-quality work products, helping organizations translate their strategic goals into functional solutions. You will guide customers throughout the entire solution lifecycle — from identifying business requirements, through designing scalable and effective functional architectures, to supporting delivery and adoption.
You will lead business and functional design aspects of engagements, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives, fit for purpose, and technically feasible. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, facilitate workshops, and contribute to the definition of enterprise-wide functional models and roadmaps. You may act as a stream lead, providing guidance to other analysts and architects.

- Elicit, analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs
- Design functional architectures, business processes, and system capabilities that align with business and technology strategy
- Lead workshops and design sessions with business and technical stakeholders
- Create mockups, wireframes, and basic UI/UX concepts using tools like Balsamiq or Figma to support early solution design and stakeholder alignment

- Support testing, change management, and user adoption activities
- Ensure functional coherence and consistency across end-to-end business solutions
- Cooperate closely with enterprise and technical architects to align business and system architecture
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and pre-sales activities when needed
What You’ll Bring
You combine analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to see the big picture. You are equally comfortable talking to business users and development teams. You understand enterprise systems and know how to design functional solutions that bring value and are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

- Basic UI/UX design skills and experience with mockup/prototyping tools such as Balsamiq Mockups or Figma
- Experience in Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Ability to work independently while also leading and mentoring others
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field
