• As a Functional Analyst, you will contribute to optimizing processes within the ServiceNow environment. You are responsible for designing, building and improving workflows and ensuring that the tool is used optimally within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and improve workflows within ServiceNow
• Analyzing existing processes and advising on optimizations
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders (IT, operations, business)
• Thinking about the strategic deployment of ServiceNow within the organization

Skills:

• Proven experience with ServiceNow and workflow development
• Experience within an insurance or financial environment is a plus
