AGAD Technology is looking for a dedicated Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend system enhancements or solutions that align with organizational goals. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our business processes are effectively supported by our IT systems, fostering improved productivity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document functional requirements through meetings, workshops, and analysis of current processes
Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
Collaborate with developers and technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications
Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories
Participate in testing and validation of system changes to ensure solutions meet business requirements
Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders for decision-making and priority setting
Support end-users post-implementation through training and troubleshooting
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role
Proficient in analyzing and documenting business processes and functional requirements
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
Industry-specific experience is a plus
