Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BA, QA, DevOps, and UX/UI to deliver quality software.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Contribute to improving team processes and standards.
• Mentor junior developers (for senior/lead level).
• Assist in effort estimation and solution design (for lead level).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience for Mid-level / 5+ years for Lead-level.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
• Hands-on experience with either:
• Java + Spring Boot & Angular (for Project team), or PHP Laravel (for Product team), JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

For Lead Level:

• Proven leadership or technical mentoring experience.
• Experience in planning, code review, architecture, or solution design.
