As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in developing new features, executing projects, and supporting web applications within our project’s digital transformation. You will work with modern technologies in an international and agile environment, ensuring high-quality development while adhering to best coding practices. This role requires working from our office in Warsaw 1-2 days per week.

Your tasks

• Developing new features in line with Craftsmanship and DevOps principles
• Conducting analysis and fixing errors/bugs to ensure continuous improvement
• Participating in backlog refinement, estimation, and user story slicing
• Sharing knowledge and best practices with the development team to promote reusability
• Writing technical documentation to capture architecture choices and implementation details
• Collaborating within an international context, requiring fluent English communication
  
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in Java (12) and Spring Framework development
• Proficiency in Angular (12) for front-end development
• Hands-on experience with Oracle & PostgreSQL databases
• Familiarity with hexagonal architecture principles
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins, and private cloud solutions
• Understanding of agile methodologies (SCRUM) and software craftsmanship practices (TDD, BDD, Clean Code, SOLID principles)
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
