We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to help deliver a focused MVP over the next 8–12 weeks. You’ll work closely with the founding team to build a fully functional prototype that aligns with a clearly defined scope. You’ll be involved in key technical decisions - with a focus on building stable features that are easy to extend and maintain.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has delivered early-stage builds and understands the value of thoughtful, clean code - even under time pressure
• Can translate product needs into reliable technical decisions without overengineering
• Is confident working across frontend and backend with minimal oversight
• Communicates clearly and proactively, especially when something needs input or isn't working
• Understands how good architecture supports future speed, flexibility and scale
• Cares about clarity and quality - not shortcuts or clever hacks

Our early stack will likely include:

• React / Next.js
• Node or Python (Express or FastAPI)
• PostgreSQL or MongoDB

Bonus: experience working with mapping libraries (MapboxGL, Leaflet) or spatial logic

We’re Canberra-based and prefer someone local - but open to remote (within Australia) for the right person. Visa or PR welcome. No offshore or agency applications.
