Under the general direction of the General Manager, this position is responsible for shift scheduling, tracking and reporting at the site level. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
Key Accountabilities
Generates schedules for hourly; prepares and submits reports
Administers the on-call and casual lists
Tracks probationary hours
Responds to, resolves or escalates issues
Communicates effectively with all appropriate departments
Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members
Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
Performs other duties as assigned or directed
Education And Qualifications
High School Diploma
1 year scheduling experience
Gaming knowledge and HR experience an asset.
Computer literacy in MS Office and MS Excel
Previous experience working in unionized environment an asset.
Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License
Work Environment Considerations
Regular office environment; non-traditional work hours may be required in certain circumstances, holidays as needed.
