In this role, you'll support our teaching staff by assisting in various classrooms, ensuring consistency, and fostering a safe and nurturing environment for our little learners. Key Responsibilities: * Provide engaging and age-appropriate activities that align with developmental milestones for 2-3-year-olds. * Adapt seamlessly to support lead and assistant teachers in different classrooms. * Ensure a safe, clean, and organized learning environment. * Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members. * Support the implementation of lesson plans and daily routines. * Assist with diapering, toileting, and transitions to help maintain a smooth flow of the day. What We're Looking For: * A love for working with toddlers and understanding of their developmental needs. * Previous experience in early childhood education or a related field (preferred). * Flexibility to adapt to the needs of different classrooms and schedules. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
