The role. 

Donovan wants a strategic, results-oriented, creative mind to join our agency. You are an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who strives to continually improve products, methods, and processes. You’re confident in your ability to execute code, with a history of developmental confidence. You approach challenges with a positive, solution-driven attitude. 

Experience

·      Knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

·      Experience with Flexbox, Grid, etc.

·      Using Git, Gulp, Grunt, Webpack

·      Working with large WP database/asset migrations

·      Documenting and standardizing processes

·      Developing Ecommerce Websites with API connections other databases

What you’ll bring

·      Clean coding practices 

·      Functionally native proficiency in English

·      Passion for creative problem solving and creative growth

·      Drive to share an expanding knowledge collaboratively with teammates

·      Excellent time management skills with multiple projects and deadlines

·      Ability to ask for support from team members

·      Proficient understanding of design patterns and structure

·      Acceptance of UX requirements, revisions, and art direction from the team

·      Skills navigating and working with existing codebases

·      Ability to maintain, modify and enhance existing websites

·      Ability to troubleshoot common backend issues 

·      Knowledge of accessibility best practices

·      Understanding of tools and resources for improving accessibility

If you are chosen for an interview a portfolio website showcasing your work and there will be a minor test to make sure you are proficient with PHP, JavaScript and CSS3.
