Project Description
T&T is helping a client create a user-friendly Web Graphical User Interface (GUI) and generate standard data products for space debris. Our team will contribute to the front-end development of the TraCSS Presentation Layer Services, connecting webpages with the back-end services offered by the System Integrator for various functions. The engineer will also address scalability concerns to support over 154,000 user accounts and create sysML and UML diagrams detailing the TraCSS Presentation Layer services architecture and interfaces with the System Integrator's systems engineering model.
Role Description
We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer with strong experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript to contribute to the application layer development of the TraCSS Presentation Layer Services. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Kubernetes, GraphQL, AWS cloud-based deployments, and containerization, while also being able to produce SysML and UML documentation to support architectural designs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Implement GraphQL and REST APIs to connect the frontend with backend services.
- Deploy and manage applications in AWS cloud environments using Kubernetes and containerization strategies.
- Document system architecture using SysML and UML, ensuring alignment with System Integrator engineering models.
- Implement and manage infrastructure-as-code solutions to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Design and build event-driven architectures, integrating technologies such as Kafka, data platforms, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Lead and collaborate in agile software development and deployment processes.
- Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, Risk Management Framework, DOC Enterprise Security Policy, and NOAA IT Security Manual standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript for fullstack development.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL, Kubernetes, AWS cloud deployments, and containerization.
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and distributed computing.
- Knowledge of SysML, UML, and enterprise architecture methodologies.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements in cloud-based systems.
