Your Role & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and back-end services.
• Contribute to the development of data-driven clinical and analytics tools in cloud-hosted environments.
• Leverage both relational and document databases in application development.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Architects to translate user needs into functional, efficient solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and DevOps workflows.
• Support deployment automation using tools like Azure Pipelines, Terraform, or similar.
• Ensure robust documentation and contribute to system troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Engage in continuous learning and stay current with emerging technologies in full stack development and cloud computing.
  
  

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Java or .NET.
• Hands-on experience with both relational and document-based databases.
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform and/or Microsoft Azure preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within Agile teams.

• Experience in healthcare technology.
• Background in big data, analytics, or business intelligence systems.
• Knowledge of high-availability and distributed systems design.
• Proficiency in languages like Go or Python in addition to core stack.
  
  

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in software development or 2 years of relevant coding experience.
• Working knowledge of software engineering principles, SDLC, and Agile development practices.
