Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Bristol and support a web application development project within a large-scale software programme.

Project Overview

You will contribute to the design and development of a technical web-based application using the Eclipse RCP (Rich Client Platform) framework. This is a hybrid development role, requiring both front-end and back-end capabilities, with Java being the primary language.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java and Eclipse RCP
• Work on both front-end and back-end components
• Collaborate with the software architecture and testing teams to ensure robust and scalable design
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in full stack development
• Proficient in Java, with hands-on experience using Eclipse RCP (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of web application development principles
• Experience with both front-end and back-end development tools and practices
