Full Stack Python Developer (8+ Years Experience) | Delhi (On-site) | Startup Role

We’re building Distillnow – an AI-based Marketing Toolbox with powerful features like multi-channel automation, multi-tenant environments, and a microservice-based architecture. We're looking for a seasoned Full Stack Python Developer to help bring this vision to life.

✅ Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Must be currently located in Delhi or open to relocation (on-site preferred).
• Must have graduated with B.Tech before 2017 – please do not apply if you passed after.
• Extensive experience in SaaS-based platform development.
• Proven ability to build and scale microservices architecture.
• Experience working in multi-tenant environments and handling multi-channel workflows.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native tooling and modern DevOps practices.

🛠️ Key Tech Stack & Tools:

• Backend: Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask), RESTful APIs, GraphQL
• Frontend: React.js / Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS (ECS, S3, Lambda), Terraform
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins
• Messaging & Event Streaming: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, ELK Stack
• Authentication & Security: OAuth2, JWT, SSO, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Other Tools: Stripe, Segment, Mailgun, Twilio, OpenAI APIs

• Work closely with founders, AI engineers, and product designers.
• Design and lead core backend and frontend architecture.
• Be part of the founding tech team in a fast-paced startup building next-gen marketing automation tools.
• Own decisions on architecture, deployment strategy, and scalability.
