Full-Stack Laravel Developer

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
• Define best practices for coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.
• Conduct training sessions and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure Agile development processes (Scrum/Kanban) are followed effectively.
  
  

Backend Development (Laravel)

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Laravel (8+).
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, Laravel Sanctum).
• Implement caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached) and performance monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Optimize database queries and ensure high application performance.
• Maintain code quality and application security.
  
  

Frontend Development

• Oversee the development of responsive, user-friendly UI using Bootstrap, Livewire, Vue.js, React.js, or similar frameworks.
• Ensure seamless integration between backend APIs and frontend components.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement best design practices.
• Implement JavaScript profiling techniques to optimize performance using tools like Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, WebPageTest.
• Analyze and improve JavaScript execution time using JS script evaluation techniques to reduce blocking scripts and optimize loading.
• Leverage ECMAScript 2021 (ES12) features to improve JavaScript code quality.
  
  

Database & DevOps

• Design and optimize database schemas (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure).
  
  

Version Control & Code Quality

• Enforce Git workflows (feature branches, pull requests, code reviews).
• Maintain high coding standards and best practices (SOLID principles, PSR standards).
• Ensure unit testing and automated testing coverage (PHPUnit, Jest).
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience : 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Backend : Expertise in Laravel, PHP, and API development.
• Frontend : Strong experience with Bootstrap, Livewire, Vue.js, React.js, or similar frameworks.
• JavaScript Performance : Experience with JS profiling, script evaluation, and ECMAScript 2021 (ES12+).
• Database : Proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
• DevOps : Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment.
• Security : Knowledge of web security standards and best practices.
  
  

Soft Skills : Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture.
