What will you do?

We are looking for a Full Stack .NET Developer to join our Digital Solutions team. You’ll play an active role in developing innovative solutions that help digitize the insurance sector.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Actively thinks along about the best way to build solutions
• Develops innovative applications that interact with AI from our insurtech partners
• Primarily focuses on backend development, with occasional frontend work
• Is eager to learn, driven, and flexible
• Has a positive attitude and is a pleasant colleague
• Has 1 to 3 years of IT experience (bachelor’s, master’s, or relevant practical experience)
• Proactively suggests improvements

Required knowledge:

• .NET Framework and/or .NET Core
• Blazor, Angular (TypeScript), React and/or Vue
• HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap
• IIS, MS SQL Server, MySQL
• Visual Studio or IntelliJ
• GitHub
• Entity Framework
• Azure AD, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault
• Principles: Design Patterns, SOLID, refactoring
• Agile and SCRUM methodology
• Language skills: Dutch (very good), English (good), French (good)

Who are you?

• You have a Master's degree, combined with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, including several years in the insurance sector.
• You have commercial drive: you connect easily and actively build your network.
• You have project experience: you quickly understand processes and are analytical and communicative.
• Experience in recruitment and/or staffing project roles is a plus.
• You speak Dutch, French, and English.
• You're a real team player.
• You thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment that gives space for initiative.
