Our client's Commodities and Global Markets Technology team has an opportunity for capable full stack Java Engineers. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to work closely with the business and the engineering team in the design, coding, testing, and implementation of critical projects.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will be a valued member of a DevOps, Agile delivery team with a focus on building amazing enterprise systems in the public cloud with a collaborative, entrepreneurial organization. You will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to our thriving ecosystem using modern approaches and technologies in Web/Mobile and Micro Frontends, Event-Driven Microservices, System Integration, AI/Machine Learning, Event Streaming, Stream Processing, Real Time Analytics, Kubernetes, AWS, and cloud native services.

What You Offer

• At least 2 years extensive application design and development experience
• Strong technical knowledge in Java and cloud native technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Learning mindset and willingness to explore new technology and new ways of working
• Creative thinker and passion for innovation
• Could multitask and flex between roles within a DevOps team
• Proven ability to operate independently and proactively, and the ability to work effectively with clients, development teams, business, senior managers and other team members
• Degree qualification or equivalent in a relevant computer science discipline.
