The Role:

We are shortlisting for a Full Stack Developer to join a talented team. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the company's software products, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and user-friendly. You will work closely with the current Lead Developer and the product team to translate business requirements into technical solutions and continuously improve their technology stack.

About you:

● Versatile Coder: Proficient in relevant languages for modern software development, using PHP & Javascript.

● End-to-End Developer: Comfortable working on both frontend and backend development, with a good understanding of frameworks like Laravel, Livewire, FilamentPHP and React.

● Problem Solver: You approach complex challenges with a resourceful and innovative mindset, always finding efficient solutions.

● Detail-Oriented: You have a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring your code is clean, efficient, and well-documented.

● Team Player: Excellent at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers.

● Tech Enthusiast: Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, continuously learning and applying new skills.

● Customer-Focused: You understand the end-user’s perspective and strive to create intuitive, high-performance applications that solve real problems.

● Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and requirements.

● Quality Advocate: You prioritize testing and quality assurance, ensuring the software is robust and reliable.

The company is headquartered in the UK, and the team is full time remote working and happy for you to work remotely so long as you are UK base and have full right to work in the UK. The team have a culture and work ethic that enables this to work remarkably well for them.
