We are looking for
Fleming is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work on highly scalable products, leveraging both front-end and back-end technologies, utilize cloud-based infrastructure, and thrive in an environment with incredibly fast release cycles.
Get Ready To
- Work on highly scalable products and cloud-based infrastructure with fast and frequent release cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features across both front-end and back-end systems.
- Build responsive, user-friendly web pages and applications using modern front-end frameworks (mainly React).
- Develop and maintain well-structured, efficient, and testable code across the full stack.
- Be involved in our business-oriented MVP-level projects and work on production-grade platforms with zero-downtime requirements, used by millions of clients.
- Share your knowledge with team members and contribute to the developer community.
We Expect You To
- Have at least 2 years of experience in Front-end and/or Back-end fields
- Be comfortable working with PHP, especially with frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
- Be proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
- Have knowledge of front-end design systems like Tailwind or Material UI.
- Be experienced with relational databases such as MySQL, NoSQL or PostgreSQL.
- Understand and work with RESTful APIs (or GraphQL) effectively.
- Have experience writing unit and integration tests; familiarity with TDD is a bonus.
- Have a solid understanding of OOP fundamentals and design patterns.
- Be fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
- Be a good communicator and enjoy sharing your experience with others.
Bonus Points For
- Familiarity with DevOps tools or practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Experience in backend languages like Node.js to complement your PHP knowledge.
- A strong understanding of building and optimizing scalable full-stack applications

Salary
Gross salary range is 3500-6500 EUR/month.
