[Job Description]
The main work will be back-end and front-end development.
Specifically, the design, development and operation of SaaS-type generative AI chatbot products.
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from the upstream part of creating prototypes by considering UX from the customer's perspective to the downstream part of implementing at the production level.

[Requirements]
・3+ years of Python experience or 2+ years of Golang experience
・Required Japanese ability: Able to interview in Japanese
※Highly skilled applicants do not need to have Japanese language skills.
[Preferred requirements]
・Experience in development and operation of services that are constantly used (toC/SaaS/large-scale business systems)
・Development and design experience at a startup
・Project management experience or tech lead (leading the development itself)
→Scrum development is preferable
・Development and operation experience with microservices architecture
・Experience in AI-related business→Especially generative AI

Trial period: 3 months
Estimated annual income: ￥5M-￥12M
Work location: Tokyo, Remote work available about twice a week
Working hours:10: 00-19: 00 (with flex. Core time 10: 00-17: 00)
