1. Mission / Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, build, and operate AI products for enterprise clients (SaaS, on-prem, or hybrid)
• Conduct discovery sessions with large and mid-sized companies and design AI use-case scenarios
• Select, fine-tune, and evaluate machine-learning / generative-AI models and maintain an MLOps environment
• Design cloud-first system architectures spanning front- and back-end components
• Address security, governance, and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001)
• Define scalable roadmaps after PMF and monitor product KPIs
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, data scientists, and external partners

3 + years of production experience in Python 3 (FastAPI, Django, etc.) or TypeScript (Node.js, Next.js, etc.)

AI / ML

Hands-on implementation and operation of generative-AI (OpenAI API, Gemini, Llama, etc.) or classical ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch) models

Cloud

Infrastructure design on AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus IaC experience (Terraform, CDK, etc.)

CI/CD

Proven track record of automated testing & deployment pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.

Languages

Professional English for documentation and vendor communication (Japanese not required)

3. Preferred Skills & Experience

• Design and operation of enterprise-grade SaaS for large corporations
• Implementation of LLM frameworks / LangChain / RAG and vector search (Milvus, Pinecone, pgvector, etc.)
• Microservice or event-driven architecture (Kafka, Pub/Sub, etc.) design & operations
• Project participation in ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, or similar compliance initiatives
• Product-management or tech-lead experience for B2B products
