What You’ll Do

• Grow to become the owner of our MVNO Setup & Coordination: Work closely with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to set up and integrate new MVNOs, ensuring smooth operations - we are the only ones setting up MVNOs every month so you will become the single person in the world with most experience doing this!
• Implement AI agents for automating manual processes and limit the need for manual labour to maintain our telecom solutions.
• CDR Processing & Telco Infrastructure: Design and optimize systems that handle CDRs (Call Detail Records) and other telco-specific data.
• API Development: Build robust APIs for seamless integration with telecom networks and external systems.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and telecom partners, ensuring smooth communication and execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Telecom experience is a big plus, but not a requirement. We can teach you this.
• Solid understanding of scalable backend systems and architectural best practices
• Excellent communication skills. You’ll coordinate technical efforts across teams and external partners.
• Experience working with third-party integrations and APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Understanding how to balance moving fast while building scalable systems.
• Located in +-3h from CET time zone
• Ability to meet up physically somewhere in Europe 4 times a year.
