Role Overview


We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our high-performing Technology team. This is a unique opportunity to design and build secure applications that directly impact how legal services are delivered. You’ll work closely with legal technologists, data scientists and platform engineers to build smart, scalable internal solutions that embed seamlessly into legal workflows.


You'll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work will contribute to a growing portfolio of custom-built tools and firm-wide AI-enabled applications.


Key responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain full stack applications for internal legal and business use.
  • Translate lawyer use cases into secure, scalable tools embedded in legal workflows.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to bring AI-powered prototypes into production.
  • Manage application interfaces and ensure secure API integration across platforms.
  • Lead code reviews, contribute to technical standards, and mentor other engineers.
  • Work closely with platform and governance teams to embed secure development practices.


About you

  • Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node.js) and experience with Python is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based development, especially with Azure and AWS platforms.
  • Ability to integrate AI/ML features into applications using modern frameworks.
  • Familiarity with secure software development and ISO-aligned practices.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
