We're working with an incredible, early-stage client who has tapped us to help them build out both their engineering & sales organizations. Their AI-powered platform helps product teams get inside their users’ heads -- fast. Think automated interviews and instant synthesis that actually drives decisions by delivering human insights in hours instead of weeks. Customers already include Netflix, Duolingo, FanDuel, and the PGA.

**This role will start fully remote with the goal of opening an office in San Francisco in the future**

About the Role:

They're seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer who embodies both technical excellence and a relentless drive to elevate their products. As one of their early engineers, you will play a large role in building new features and functionality into their platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality frontend and backend software solutions.
• Take full ownership of projects, from conception to deployment, ensuring robustness, scalability, and minimal technical debt.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Proactively improve existing systems, anticipating high-value projects and executing them autonomously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of CS fundamental concepts and web development
• Familiar with languages like JavaScript, Typescript, Node.js, React, REST APIs, PostgreSQL databases, Tailwind CSS, Vercel, GCP
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus points:

• Highly comfortable with LLM prompt engineering in production software systems
• Proficiency in designing scalable, robust, and efficient software architectures. This includes making decisions about the overall structure of the application, selecting appropriate design patterns, and foreseeing potential future needs or changes.
