We’re expanding our development team in Prague and looking for Full-Stack Developers both Juniors and Seniors to help us shape the future of patient experience in clinical trials. 

At Clinigma, you'll join a cross-functional product team working on secure, user-friendly, and AI-enhanced tools that make it easier to capture and understand patient experiences. You’ll contribute to:  

• Secure video and phone platforms for conducting compliant patient interviews.  
• AI-powered applications that analyze qualitative and quantitative data.  
• Internal dashboards and research tools for global study teams.  
• Data visualization and reporting systems to support decision-making in pharmaceutical R&D.  

This is a hands-on role with real-world impact — your work will contribute directly to how new medicines are developed, making sure the patient voice is heard and understood.  

You'll be working with a modern stack in a collaborative and growing team, with flexibility to work remotely while based in Prague. As a developer here, you won’t just ship code — you’ll work closely with researchers, analysts, QA, and operations teams to build tools that directly improve how treatments are developed and experienced by patients.

Your Responsibilities  

As part of our dev team, you'll work closely with colleagues across research, operations, and design to build the tools that power everything we do. Your work will help ensure that patient experiences are captured, processed, and used to shape real clinical outcomes.  

You’ll be expected to:  

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks.  
• Design scalable APIs and contribute to our growing microservices architecture.  
• Collaborate with non-tech teams to turn ideas into usable features.  
• Work with SQL databases and cloud platforms to handle structured data.  
• Write secure, performant, and maintainable code.  
• Contribute to testing, Git workflows, and agile development practices.  

Skills & Experience  

We’re building a strong, balanced team and welcome developers with a range of experience levels. You don’t need to tick every box — your experience, interests, and strengths will help shape your role on the team.  

Must-Have  

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS  
• Experience with full-stack frameworks (e.g. Node.js)  
• Understanding of REST APIs (FastAPI experience is a bonus)  
• Experience with Svelte, Next.js, or similar front-end frameworks  
• Collaborative mindset and clear communication  
• Perfect English speaking level  

Nice-to-Have  

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)  
• Experience with Cypress or other testing tools  
• Comfortable using Git and working with CI/CD pipelines  
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in regulated industries (GDPR, HIPAA, ICH-GCP)
