Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend applications using Java and Kotlin.
• Deliver a complete Web App front-end experience & features for innovative products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define software requirements.
• Implement and maintain APIs, microservices, and other server-side components.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide ongoing support.
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Lead tech decisions.

Your Skills and Experiences:

• Good communication.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Springboot/Quarkus;
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks and libraries like angular;
• Experience working closely with design teams to create rich engaging user interfaces and design systems;
• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g. NgRx) and component-driven development;
• Experience working with cloud platform backends such as Azure and AWS leveraging Web
• Desirable knowledge in Domain-Driven design, event sourcing, and automated testing;
• Experience with build and automation tools like Azure DevOps, Docker, Gradle, Jenkins, and Git;
• Be familiar with agile methodology;
• Good communication and facilitation skills;
• English skills, both written and spoken.
