Overview

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) to join our core engineering team. This person will help scale and maintain fintech solutions that include embedded finance integrations and automated decision engines.

Responsibilities

Develop performant web applications using the MERN stack.

Translate business logic into scalable services and clean UI components.

Maintain modular and testable code with React (using Context API or Zustand).

Build APIs and microservices with Node.js and Express.js.

Integrate databases and caching strategies using Amazon DocumentDB and AWS Aurora.

Implement role-based access control, logging, and error-handling layers.

Contribute to DevOps pipelines using GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.

Work with business and product teams to define technical requirements and specifications.

Write unit and integration tests, and perform thoughtful code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and team-wide best practices.

Write human-first code that is clean, readable, and easy to understand for fellow developers.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.

Advanced knowledge of: React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.

Experience with HTML, CSS, REST, XML/SOAP, and state management libraries.

Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, security best practices, and design patterns.

Used Git/GitHub workflows, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.

Working experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, and AWS Aurora.

Comfortable with Nginx, Ubuntu, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift).

Bonus: Knowledge of Go, FastAPI, Spring, or Flask.
