The Role:

We are growing and have immediate opportunities for full-stack Software Engineers with strong front-end development experience using React to work with our premier clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing applications that deliver real business value. This is a hands-on development role, with a strong emphasis on building modern, responsive user interfaces using React.

Core Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, testing (unit/integration), and documentation
• Build and maintain front-end applications using React and React Hooks, incorporating best practices for responsive design and performance
• Work closely with back-end developers and UX/UI designers to create seamless, intuitive user experiences
• Contribute to system architecture and design discussions, particularly in relation to front-end and API integrations
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and high-quality product delivery

What We Value:

• Demonstrated expertise in React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and component-based front-end development
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET, C#, and SQL-based technologies (SQL Server and MySQL preferred)
• Experience building or integrating with RESTful APIs
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant technologies, with at least 2 year focused on React development
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A customer-focused mindset and collaborative attitude

Experience A Plus:

• Styled Components or Material-UI
• Mobile and Responsive Design; experience with Native App Development
• Power BI
• DevOps (build, release, deploy automation)
