Job Title: Lead Full-stack Developer

Job Type: Full-Time, On-site (5 Days Working)

Location: Agra/Noida

Experience Required: 7.5-10 Years

Key Skills:-

Good Experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices

Hands on Experience with Angular 8+, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx

Strong experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, MongoDB

Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies

Experience leading and mentoring tech teams.

Responsibilities:-

Lead the design and development of scalable backend services and responsive frontend applications

Oversee the complete development lifecycle – from requirement gathering to deployment

Make architectural decisions and ensure code quality

Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices

Manage and mentor a team of developers

Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps

Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues

Continuously improve development processes and practices.
