What You’ll Do
- Develop & Optimize Web Applications – Build scalable, high-performance web apps using React, Next.js, and Node.js, Python.
- Server-side Scripting with Python.
- Backend API Development – Design and implement secure, efficient, and scalable RESTful APIs.
- Database Management – Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase for data storage and optimization.
- Performance & Security Optimization – Ensure fast load times, robust security, and system stability.
- Collaborate in a High-Performance Team – Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver world-class features.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Frontend expertise – Proficiency in React, Next.js, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Backend skills – Strong knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and API development.
- Database experience – Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.
- Cloud & DevOps knowledge – Experience with AWS EC2 and Lamda or CI/CD pipeline experience.
- Self-Starter Mindset – Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
