We are a startup based in San Francisco and New Delhi, founded by serial entrepreneurs.  With a growing office in South Delhi, we’re assembling a core leadership team to drive architecture, development and delivery across cloud infrastructure, full-stack web and LLM-powered back ends. 

About the Role

We are looking for a Full-stack engineer to help us rapidly scale our product and AI agents. With a list of marquee customers such as Revlon, McCarthy Tires, Royal Orchid Hotels as well as an exploding demand for our AI-led services, we see this role as being pivotal to our growth.

This is a great opportunity for a Full-stack engineer who wants to be at the cutting edge of AI agentic frameworks to work alongside repeat founders and drive incredible impact. 

Key Responsibilities

Architect, develop and maintain responsive web applications using Next.js, React and TypeScript

• Build and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs (Node.js, Express or serverless functions)
• Implement server-side rendering, static site generation and client-side hydration for optimal performance
• Integrate LLM-powered features (AI agents, chatbots, summarization, data pipelines) with front-end interfaces
• Ensure code quality with unit/integration tests, code reviews and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, DevOps and AI teams to deliver end-to-end features
• Optimize applications for accessibility, performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the full stack

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on full-stack web development experience
• Expert in Next.js, React and TypeScript
• Strong backend skills in Node.js (or equivalent), with experience building and securing APIs
• Proficiency with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with Git workflows and modern CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI)
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3 (Tailwind, styled-components or equivalent)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AI/LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) or Python for AI integrations
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of serverless architectures (Vercel, AWS Lambda, Cloud Run)
• Familiarity with observability tools (Sentry, New Relic, Datadog)
• Prior exposure to Agile/Scrum processes

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Next.js, AWS/Azure/GCP) are a plus
