You’ll be the technical lead—working closely with the founding team and mentoring a junior backend developer. If you're strong in backend development and comfortable with (or open to) frontend work, we’d love to hear from you.

🔹 Tech Stack

✅ Frontend: React
✅ Backend: Node.js, Express.js
✅ Database: MongoDB
✅ Infrastructure: AWS (migrating to GCP)
✅ Real-Time: WebSocket

🔹 Your Role

✅ Lead backend development and architecture
✅ Support or manage frontend development (React)
✅ Oversee cloud migration from AWS to GCP
✅ Build secure, high-performance APIs
✅ Collaborate with the founding team on product development
✅ Mentor and guide the junior backend developer

- You Brin

✔️ 4+ years of backend development experience
✔️ Working knowledge of React or willingness to handle frontend
✔️ Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS)
✔️ Experience with scalable architecture and API design
✔️ Ability to work independently and take ownership
