About the role

Fluida is a web app, to help us build it we’re looking for driven product engineers with incredibly high agency!

• work closely with the founder and CTO, understand customers pain points, and come up with killer product features
• build scalable backend and frontend infrastructure
• integrate with APIs from external providers
• design intuitive customer experiences for our non-technical customers

• product mindset: our tech stack includes TypeScript, Node.js, React, AWS and Docker, if you are proficient with Cursor is a big plus. But more than familiarity with any specific technology, we value a customer-centric approach and ability to ship end-to-end features.
• ability to work fast in a high-ambiguity environment: as a super early-stage startup, we’re inventing a product as well as building it. We’re moving fast. If you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software in a strong engineering team, that’s a big plus.
• desire to work in hybrid mode: remote + 2/3 times a week in person in our Milan office. We believe quality of interactions is higher in an in-person environment. We collaborate deeply and often communicate by tapping each other on the shoulder. However, we all enjoy flexibility.
