The Role:

As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll work across our entire product stack, delivering secure, scalable, and user-friendly applications. You'll be an integral part of our collaborative R&D team, helping drive technical excellence and visionary creativity.

Location: Central London (Hybrid - 1-2 days/week in-office)

Salary: £50K-£80K DOE + Equity

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain both backend and frontend applications
• Collaborate with product and design teams to craft new features
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Stay ahead of tech trends and bring innovative ideas to the table
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative development culture

Requirements:

Essential Experience:

• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
• Backend: NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL
• Experience with Azure
• Proven background working in startup environments

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience scaling infrastructure for growth
• Familiarity with LLMs or prompt engineering
