We are partnering with an early-stage, mission-driven company at the intersection of AI and national defence to appoint exceptional Full Stack Software Engineers.
This fast-growing organisation is transforming mission-critical combat planning and operational decision-making by building next-generation AI-driven software tools for western forces.
Founded in 2023, the company has already secured significant early-stage funding, including a $10m Seed round in 2024. The founding team is composed of ex-Palantir and ex-Open AI leaders. They combine deep sector knowledge with cutting-edge design and software engineering expertise to deliver state-of-the-art SaaS capabilities leveraging NLP, Generative AI, and reinforcement learning technologies.
Position location (hybrid): London (Shoreditch) or Paris (Le Marais)
We are seeking Full Stack Engineers who are passionate about using technology to solve complex, real-world problems with meaningful societal impact. You will be joining a highly collaborative and talented team that is revolutionising how operational planning is conducted at scale and speed.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Entrepreneurial ownership over strategic products and features, and play a critical role in delivering outcomes to customers
- Build out core features that help users plan their operations or gain valuable insights into their data, including real time visualisation and collaboration on maps, timelines and documents
- Help build and scale the team
- Work as a hands-on individual contributor and problem-solver
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional software development teams
- Experience shipping and iterating on production-grade software components professionally and / or in the open-source community
- Ability to write robust, well tested, and well-designed code that frequently gets deployed to users
- Strong understanding of product development and navigating large codebases
- Located in London/Paris and open to working in office

Interview process:
- Introductory interview – 45 mins
- Coding interview – 60 mins
- Onsite Design and Product interviews + meet the team – half day in Paris
- Final interview with CEO – 30 mins
