Our client is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to drive the development of their game-changing life-saving platform.

This role goes beyond standard coding responsibilities; as an integral part of the team, you’ll be driving forward the future of 911 emergency response tech, enhancing public safety in meaningful ways. The engineer’s work will directly shape the next generation of emergency communication tools, providing communities with smarter, faster, and more reliable emergency solutions. Tech stack: Angular, Scala, AWS. Appx. 70% backend, 30% frontend.

What You’ll be working on

• Drive the development of a robust, scalable platform for seamless emergency communications
• Architect fault-tolerant and self-healing services to ensure continuous functionality under high demands
• Create modern, intuitive interfaces and web applications that make accessing emergency services easier and faster
• Deploy solutions across multiple regions to enable rapid, reliable emergency contact for people around the world
• Collaborate to expand system integration with business partners and support scalability
• Explore opportunities to apply AI to enhance emergency communications, potentially transforming how critical information is processed and relayed

Requirements

• Relevant BSc degree
• 3-8 years in both backend and frontend development
• 3+ years of experience in a Software Product / SaaS company as a Full Stack Engineer (any frontend and backend programming languages are welcome)
• Proven experience in building complex web applications
• Skilled in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud environments is preferred
• Positive, solution-focused approach and strong interpersonal abilities
• Fluent in English
