Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Java Engineer who thrives in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment and is eager to build scalable, cutting-edge applications for high-impact clients. You’ll be involved in all stages of the development lifecycle—from client-facing discovery sessions to system design, development, and deployment. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code (or JavaScript stack if intended)
• Ensure top-tier application performance, scalability, and responsiveness
• Collaborate in client-facing workshops and technical meetings
• Participate in engineering interviews and help scale the team
• Support technical pre-sales and solution proposals as needed
• Write clean, testable code and follow best practices, including TDD

Key Requirements

• Proficient in Java and its ecosystems (e.g., Spring, Maven)
• Experience with Microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with message brokers/streaming (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience designing and consuming REST and gRPC APIs
• Experience with Spring Boot and related tools
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS or other cloud providers
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures
• Familiarity with architectural and design patterns
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Nice-to-Have

• Passion or exposure to AI/ML trends
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong adherence to Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies
