As a Full-Stack Engineer you will:

Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services and high-quality frontend features that meet both user needs and technical standards. You'll contribute to architectural decisions, participate in system design discussions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. You'll take ownership of your code—from defining clear user stories and writing clean, efficient code to preparing for peer reviews and mentoring others.

By applying agile methodologies, you'll ensure transparency, deliver consistent value, and play a key role in shaping the product experience end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Define clear user stories with well-articulated inputs and outputs, recognizing the impact of your work on end users.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Java and Spring.
• Develop robust, responsive frontend features using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Collaborate on system architecture and contribute to technical strategy to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Work with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and optimize data-related workflows.
• Engage actively in team discussions, bringing ideas and solutions to the table.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Embrace agile principles to consistently deliver visible, high-impact results
  
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing large-scale, high-performance web applications (frontend and backend).
• Strong experience with Java and Spring for backend development.
• Solid proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React for frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Excellent communication skills in English—this is a fully English-speaking global team.
• Passion for clean, maintainable code and strong software development best practices.
