My client is a global insurance provider who are on the market for a Full Stack Engineer (Java / Angular) to assist in the delivery of software solutions and support their business-critical platform.

This role will offer a good blend of greenfield initiatives as you work alongside a high performing team to ensure intuitive and robust software solutions.

Skills to make you stand out

• Java / Spring Boot
• Angular (Any JS framework also considered)
• Experience in an Azure environment (Will look at other cloud technologies)
• Exposure to Linux / Unix shell environment
• Version control tools such as GIT
• Experience implementing API integrations / web services
• DevOps – TeamCity / Octopus
• Good knowledge of core design patterns
• Strong team player

Day to Day

• Design & Develop software solutions across Java / Angular
• Collaborate with wider team in an agile fashion to produce innovative applications
• Participate in scrum / daily stand ups to continuously improve process
• Work on greenfield projects & system enhancements
• Develop & maintain technical documentation
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning alongside colleagues
