◾️ Role Overview

As a Full-Stack Developer on our DeFi team, you will ensure the seamless functionality of decentralized applications (DApps) by optimizing frontend, backend, and CLI interactions with smart contracts. You’ll enhance DeFi protocol performance, troubleshoot technical challenges, and uphold security and compliance standards in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver passionate about shaping the future of decentralized finance.

◾️ Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development:

• Develop and maintain DeFi DApps, ensuring smooth integration between frontend interfaces (React/JavaScript) and blockchain-based backend systems.
• - Optimize smart contract interactions and CLI-driven operations (e.g., transaction processing, liquidity provisioning, yield farming).
• - Design automated workflows across multiple DeFi protocols.

System Integrity & Security:

• Monitor on-chain activity and protocol performance to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement security, compliance, and data privacy best practices for DeFi environments.
• Support incident response processes, including root cause analysis and documentation.

Collaboration & Innovation:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot infrastructure and UX challenges.
• Stay updated on emerging DeFi protocols, blockchain trends, and industry standards.

◾️ Requirements

Technical Expertise:

• 3+ years in backend/full-stack development, DevOps, or SDE roles. DeFi/blockchain experience is a strong plus.
• Proficient in:

- Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS.

- Backend: Node.js/Python, RESTful APIs, database optimization.

- Infrastructure: Linux/Unix CLI, scripting (Bash/Python), blockchain integration.

• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals: public/private keys, smart contracts, transaction lifecycle (beyond textbook definitions).

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills to articulate technical ideas and collaborate across teams.
• Proactive ownership of tasks with a growth mindset.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Chinese for internal stakeholder communication.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with DeFi protocols (e.g., DEXs, lending platforms).
• Contributions to blockchain-related open-source projects.
