Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting high-quality, scalable web applications and is comfortable working across the stack from front-end UI development to back-end APIs and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend:

Develop responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript

Manage state using Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, or Zustand

Handle complex forms and validation with React Hook Form

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to bring mockups to life

Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility

Backend:

Design and implement scalable REST APIs using Node.js, NestJS, and Express

Work with MongoDB and Mongoose ORM for data modeling and querying

Ensure secure API development and implement authentication/authorization

Deploy and manage applications on AWS or similar cloud platforms

Architect back-end systems for scalability, performance, and resilience

Required Skills:

Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript

5+ years working with React, Node.js, MongoDB, and related technologies

Solid experience with Next.js, NestJS, and modern state/data management libraries

Familiarity with AWS services and scalable deployment strategies

Excellent understanding of web security best practices

Passion for clean code, performance, and user-centered design

Preferring immediate joiners for onsite

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams

Prior involvement in UI/UX collaboration or design systems

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
