Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience in developing end-to-end web applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and React.js on the frontend. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can own modules, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications and APIs.
• Architect scalable and secure backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful services.
• Build responsive and interactive front-end interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to deliver features on time.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for coding and documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Mentor and support junior developers as needed.

Must-Have Skills:

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Solid experience with React.js, Redux (or similar state management), and component-based UI development.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Cypress.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Familiarity with GraphQL and WebSocket-based architectures.
