What you'll do:

• Build and own core product features—frontend to backend
• Work closely with founders to turn user pain into clean, fast UX
• Set up infra that scales with us: APIs, DBs, deployments, monitoring
• Move fast, break things when needed, and fix them right after
• Help shape the product, not just code it

What we're looking for:

• Solid experience with modern full-stack frameworks (React, Node/Express, etc.)
• Strong grasp of system design, API design, and data flow
• Comfort juggling speed and quality—know when to hack, when to architect
• Bonus: experience with job platforms, ATS tools, or building for recruiters
• Bonus: experience with AI/ML integration on the frontend
