Position Summary:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with a passion for innovation and a knack for solving complex problems. This is a hands-on, full lifecycle development role where you’ll work on everything from responsive web applications to scalable server architecture and cutting-edge mobile apps for Android and iOS. What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies

• Develop and maintain native Android and iOS applications

• Manage and optimize server infrastructure to ensure performance, security, and reliability

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to create intuitive, high-quality solutions

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve full-stack technical issues

• Stay ahead of emerging tech trends and evaluate their relevance to our product roadmap

• Contribute ideas to continuously improve development tools, processes, and practices

• Work in-office with the team in Michigan

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio

• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js

• Expertise in back-end development using Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby on Rails

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Native mobile development experience for Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C)

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

• Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows

• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

• Must be willing to work on-site in Michigan

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container technologies

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards like HIPAA

• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
